Terms and Conditions 

RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION POLICY:

In order to reschedule, you must cancel via the website, www.4eagleeyesecurity.comIf you are
unable to cancel online send an email to 4EagleEye@optonline.net to notify the company. We will not honor any other request.

 

We are closed Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. Rescheduling requests made on these holidays will not be counted as a business day. Please see below for more details.


Once your registration has been processed, NO REFUND will be given. Credits may be used up to 30 days from the original class date.
A fee will ONLY apply if the class is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled course. If you cancel after the stated policy you will be charged $50.00

 

On the day rescheduling:

The student is NOT allowed to reschedule on the day of the course. This will result in a No Show and the student will be charged $50.00.


The student is allowed to reschedule the class ONE time and must be taken within 30 days of the original scheduled date in order for the $50.00 credit to apply to course.

We will not refund nor grant a credit to students if changes are not made based upon this policy.

 

The only exception is in the event of extreme weather conditions/ emergency rendering students. These conditions are based on the discretion of Eagle Eye. Students will be notified via email.

 

LATENESS POLICY:

Students must come to class on time. We recommend that the student arrives 5-10 minutes before the scheduled start time. If the student is more than 15 minutes late to class, the student is considered a NO SHOW. If the student is late for a rescheduled
class, the student will also be considered as a NO SHOW. Please refer to the NO SHOW policy.

NO SHOW POLICY:

Students who are more than 15 minutes late, failed to reschedule as stated in the policy, or are absent will NOT receive a refund or a credit.

 

REPLACEMENT CARD/MISPRINTED CARD:

The student is responsible for verifying the correct spelling of their name. The student will receive instructions on how to claim their certification card. If the student claims the card with the incorrect information, 4 Eagle Eye Security will not be responsible for the misprinting of the card. Note: Correcting the misspelled ECard may take up to 21 days.

 

CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACK/DISPUTE:

If a charge is placed in dispute by the student (or the cardholder) because the student (or the cardholder) does not recognize/recall
this charge, the student is responsible for a processing fee of $25.00 in addition to the original charges.
